Permanent Residency Once you obtain permanent residency, you are no longer eligible for the 100% AHI medical cover, but must enrol with Medicare for medical cover and take out private health insurance if you wish to maintain hospital cover.
We refund any pre-paid premium upon notification of permanent residency.
