How to Claim

For Medical claims

To make a claim, please download a claim form, complete and post to IMAN Australian Health Plans (IMAN) together with your original invoices and original receipts.

Medical providers will require payment at the time of consultation. Chemists also require payment for all prescription medicines dispensed. Official Pharmacy Receipts are required when claiming Pharmaceutical Benefits.

Claims for Hospital Admission

For Hospital claims, IMAN can arrange payment directly to providers.

Please request the receptionist or Hospital Admissions Officer to call us on our Australia-wide Freecall Number 1800 22 11 33 and provide details of the account.
